These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", or "your") and The Circle Editions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operating under the brand name Sol&co. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1.1Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use any Sol&co. product. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. The Nova 5-in-1 Scalp Rejuvenation System is a consumer wellness product intended for use on healthy scalp tissue. It is not a medical device for the treatment of any medical condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Persons with photosensitive conditions, epilepsy, active scalp conditions, or who are pregnant should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

1.2Ordering & Contract Formation

An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only upon our written confirmation of your order and dispatch of the product. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised use of payment credentials
  • Pricing or product description errors on the website
  • Inability to verify shipping address or customer identity
  • Breach of these Terms by the Customer

1.3Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Sol&co. reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges levied by your local government or customs authority. We do not collect or remit taxes outside of our jurisdiction of incorporation unless required by law.

1.4Product Use & Safety

By purchasing and using the Nova 5-in-1 Scalp Rejuvenation System, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The device is intended for cosmetic and personal wellness use only
  • You will read and follow all instructions in the user manual prior to first use
  • The device should not be used on broken, irritated, or sunburned skin
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring the device is appropriate for your individual health circumstances
  • Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed

Sol&co. expressly disclaims liability for any injury, adverse reaction, or damage arising from use of the device contrary to the provided instructions.

1.5Intellectual Property

All content on the Sol&co. website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, videos, and software — is the exclusive property of The Circle Editions LLC or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or exploit any content without our express prior written consent.

1.6Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Circle Editions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

1.7Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as expressly required by applicable consumer protection law. We do not warrant that the product will produce specific results for your individual use case.

1.8Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Circle Editions LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our products in a manner inconsistent with provided instructions, or any misrepresentation made by you in connection with a purchase.

1.9Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Wilmington, Delaware, under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or purchase of our products following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Shipping Policy

Sol&co. is committed to delivering your order in a safe, timely, and transparent manner. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

3.1Free Worldwide Shipping

Sol&co. offers free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide, with no minimum purchase threshold. No discount code is required. This policy applies to all destinations we currently serve.

3.2Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation upon placement of your order and a separate shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

3.3Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes from the date of dispatch are as follows:

  • Standard international delivery: 8 to 12 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, high-volume periods (e.g., sales events, holidays), or factors outside our control.

3.4Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or local fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely outside our control. All applicable import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

3.5Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch. If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact us at the email address below.

3.6Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the Customer
  • Failed delivery attempts where the recipient was unavailable
  • Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions
  • Customs delays or holds at the destination country

3.7Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the event your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will request evidence (e.g., photos of damaged packaging) and, upon verification, arrange a replacement shipment or refund at our discretion.

3.8Address Changes

We are unable to modify a shipping address once an order has been dispatched. If you need to update your address before dispatch, please contact us immediately at the email address below. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made even before dispatch.

Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy sets out the conditions under which you may return a product and receive a refund or exchange.

4.130-Day Glow Guarantee

Sol&co. offers a 30-Day Glow Guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your Nova 5-in-1 Scalp Rejuvenation System for any eligible reason, you may request a return within 30 days of the date of delivery. Requests made after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

4.2Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your return request is submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • All original accessories, manuals, and components are included
  • The device has not been physically damaged, tampered with, or subjected to misuse

The following conditions determine whether a used device is eligible for return:

a) Defective or Faulty Product

If your device arrives defective, stops functioning as described within the 30-day window, or fails to perform in accordance with its specifications, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at your choice. We may request photographic or video evidence of the defect.

b) Change of Mind or Unsatisfactory Results

If you have used the device and are dissatisfied with your results or simply changed your mind, you may return the device within 30 days of delivery. In this case:

  • The device must be clean and in a hygienic condition
  • You will receive a full refund to your original payment method
  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense
  • We reserve the right to decline a return if the device is returned in an unsanitary, damaged, or incomplete condition

c) Incorrect or Missing Item

If you received the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

4.3Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date
  • Items that have been physically damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modification
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components
  • Gift cards and digital products

4.4How to Initiate a Return

  • Step 2: Include your full name, order number, reason for return, and (where applicable) photos or video of the issue
  • Step 3: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address
  • Step 4: Ship the item using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit

Do not return any item without first receiving written authorisation from our support team. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.

4.5Return Shipping Costs

Unless your return is due to a defect, incorrect item, or error on our part, the cost of return shipping is the Customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage. We will not be held liable for return packages that are lost in transit.

4.6Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you by email of the outcome of your return. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days

We do not offer size or variant exchanges as the Nova 5-in-1 Scalp Rejuvenation System is a single-variant product.
